Delete your Everything Auto account

Delete in the app

Signed-in customers can delete their account immediately from My Account → Settings → Delete account. You will confirm your email address before anything is removed.

Request deletion without the app

Use this form, or contact Everything Auto LLC at everything_auto@outlook.com or 774-719-3185. We may contact you at this email to confirm the request comes from the account owner before processing it.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in account.
• Saved vehicles, notification preferences, rewards progress, and marketing sign-ups.
• Your name, email, phone, notes and uploaded tint photo references on past service requests, appointments, jobs, memberships and payment records.

What is kept

Records of services performed, membership history and payment amounts are kept without your contact details for accounting, tax and dispute purposes. The retention period for these records has not yet been set by management. Payment processor records held by Stripe follow Stripe's own retention policy.

Memberships and appointments

Cancelling a membership does not delete your account. An active membership must be cancelled, and confirmed or in-progress appointments resolved, before an account can be deleted.
